Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to oversee and maintain our high standards of production. This role is crucial in ensuring that each tin we produce meets the stringent quality requirements of our clients and aligns with Unimpack’s commitment to sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and address any quality issues promptly.
- Document and report findings, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Support the continuous improvement of our quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in quality control, preferably in packaging or manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of quality control methodologies and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
